If you are interested in booking the Posh Boho mobile bar, we recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation. We can meet in-person or over the phone. At your consultation, we will review your event details so that we can recommend the rental rate and service package that best fits the needs of your event. We create a custom menu for each event, and we provide service, drinkware, garnishes, ice, bar tools, and everything needed for your beverage service except alcohol and mixers. If your beverage menu includes alcohol, we will provide you with a detail list of suggested spirits and quantities.

TRAILER RENTAL

We are willing to rent out the trailer for simple use such as setting desserts on the counter, drinks on the counter, or as a pleasing photoshoot area! Just contact us for a quote!

What type of events do you do?

We serve all types of events and celebrations! Weddings, fairs, baby showers, graduations, corporate events, fundraisers, birthdays, holiday parties, and so much more! 

Are you willing to travel? 

We currently service up to 40 miles from Birmingham, AL for events. For additional mileage we charge $1.25 per mile. Outside of state travel may be available upon request. 

Who provides the alcohol? 

We are a dry hire bar. Therefore, we do not carry a liquor license. It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase the alcohol with the help of our calculations on how much we think you will need your special event. You will be responsible for transporting the alcohol to the event at LEAST 2 hours prior to service so when we arrive we can get it chilled & ice-cold to serve. If you choose to purchase kegs, it is also your responsibility to keep the kegs cold until we serve. 

** If your community is hosting a public event, we would love to discuss how we can obtain the proper permits to serve that celebration! (We will need a 60 day minimum notice for this service) **

Do you have insurance? 

Yes! We carry General Liability Insurance.

Can the mobile bar be used for other things? 

Absolutely! Posh can be used as a dessert bar, ice cream bar, flower vendor, coffee beverage station, photoshoot prop and more! Just email us the information and we will get a quote!

How much room do we need? 

Posh will need at least 8x12ft space with enough room to back the trailer into your desired spot.

Do you need electricity? 

Being able to plug into an outlet would be ideal, but if that option is not available we can provide our own generator with additional charge.
 

HOW WILL WE KNOW HOW MUCH ALCOHOL TO PURCHASE?

Our calculations for liquor are based off of averages and assume that ⅔’s of the guests are drinking each option so that hopefully we do not run out of any menu item. It is always cheaper to buy the liquor yourself so this is actually a great option!

What is your deposit and refund policy? 

We require a 50% deposit when you sign the contract and confirm your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
